Built for teen athletes

Talent gets them on the field. Mindset keeps them there.

Every teen athlete hits the same wall. The loss that lingers, the coach that pushes harder, the pressure to perform, the doubt before the big moment. The athletes who break through don't just train their bodies. They train their minds. That's what this day is for.

Leadership

Lead a locker room before you're the captain.

Mindset

Reset after a bad play instead of spiraling.

Resilience

Turn setbacks into the reason you got better.

Focus

Lock in when the game is on the line.

Identity

Know who you are, not just what you score.

Brotherhood / Sisterhood

Compete with, not against, your teammates.

The Edge

One day. Every sport. A mental playbook they'll use for the rest of their career.

BOLO Edge takes the leadership and mindset work that's transformed hundreds of teens through The BOLO Project and concentrates it into one focused, high-energy day, designed specifically for the teen athlete.

  • Neuroscience-backed tools for handling pressure and pre-game nerves
  • Leadership reps: how to lead teammates without being loud
  • Reframing failure. The play after the play
  • Goal-setting that survives the season, not just the highlight reel
  • Real conversations with coaches and athletes who've been there

For every sport

Basketball. Soccer. Football. Volleyball. Track. Water polo. Wrestling. Cheer. Doesn't matter.

The mental edge is the same. The athletes who learn it early are the ones who lead, on the field, in the classroom, and the rest of their lives.

Meet the Facilitators

Experts in the mental game. Experts in meeting teens where they are, to help them get to where they want to be.

Diana Molina

Mental Performance Coach

M.S. Sport Psychology · 15+ years competitive figure skating

I'm a Mental Performance Coach with a passion for helping athletes strengthen their mindset and perform with confidence. Drawing from both my professional training and personal experience as an athlete, I work with individuals to navigate challenges, perform under pressure, and enjoy their sport more fully.

I come from a competitive figure skating background, where I trained and competed for over 15 years. Having experienced the mental, physical, and emotional demands of sport firsthand, I understand the unique pressures athletes face and the importance of developing skills that support both performance and overall well-being.

I earned my master's degree in Sport Psychology and have worked with athletes, teams, and coaches across a wide range of sports. Through this work, I have helped athletes manage performance anxiety, build confidence, improve self-talk, strengthen focus and present moment awareness, and develop effective goal setting strategies.

I am passionate about creating a supportive environment where athletes can grow, challenge themselves, and build skills that serve them in both sport and everyday life.
